- 7 years of experience supporting DoD programs
- Direct experience with DoD contracting, project management, team building, and personnel management
- Demonstrated ability to capture new opportunities, customers, and funding
- Experience leading diverse teams across multiple sites
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Existing relationships and understanding of Government organizations in the Colorado Springs, Denver, and Albuquerque markets
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal programs to support business/job growth
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position and work on a computer for prolonged periods
